Rigan Machado Black Belt, Chris McCune dropped by the Cellar on Saturday morning to teach a mini BJJ gi seminar. McCune is the head instructor at the Academy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Brooklyn Park) and our two schools are looking to continue working together in the future.During the seminar McCune showed us a great new warm-up drill to get the blood pumping and fry our upper body while having fun and doing a ton of pushups. He then showed a few of his favorite techniques from guard and side mount before rolling with several of our students.
