Join us for "Teen Nights at The Cellar," a twice-monthly small group at The Cellar Gym. "Teen Nights" focuses on more than just martial arts, aiming to create a supportive community for teens to grow both as martial artists and individuals. The group will be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. We will emphasize community building, physical prowess, life skills, lasting friendships, shared accomplishments, and thriving both individually and as a team.

At The Cellar Gym's Martial Arts Day Camp, tailored for ages 6-11, children explore their physical and mental strengths while navigating emotional growth. Our program addresses essential skills like coping, responsibility, and focus, blending fun and purposeful self-defense drills in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Led by experienced instructors, the camp fosters a supportive environment, also incorporating daily interactive activities to explore the rich history and culture of each martial art.
