Solomon Lankow

Solomon comes to our team as both a Strength & Conditioning coach and fitness kickboxing instructor. With over a decade in the fitness industry, Solomon’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including mid-distance running, calisthenics, Olympic weightlifting, Kettlebell training, and various nontraditional forms of exercise. Additionally, he boasts eight years of grappling experience and two years of striking training.

Beyond the gym, Solomon finds joy in outdoor pursuits like hiking and mountain biking, as well as indulging in snowboarding, gaming, and tabletop games with friends.

Solomon’s coaching journey began in high school when he started coaching youth wrestling, a passion he has carried with him ever since. He firmly believes in the potential of every individual, stating, “Anybody can be a capable body, and as a coach, my goal is to facilitate that.” His coaching style is characterized by a blend of fundamental techniques and a dynamic rotation of concepts to keep classes fresh, engaging, and enjoyable for all participants.
