Join us for "Teen Nights at The Cellar," a twice-monthly small group at The Cellar Gym. "Teen Nights" focuses on more than just martial arts, aiming to create a supportive community for teens to grow both as martial artists and individuals. The group will be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We will emphasize community building, life skills, lasting friendships, shared accomplishments, and thriving both individually and as a team.
Guest instructor Josue Gonzalez will be conducting a special workshop designed to manipulate leg submissions and transitions. During this workshop, participants will learn key techniques for controlling and positioning the legs, execution and defense of essential foot locks, and seamlessly combine leg attacks with other submissions.
This workshop is free for members, $40 for nonmembers.
When: Saturday, September 7th
Time: 11:30-1:30 pm
Please join us on Saturday, October 5th for an open house and Self Defense seminar!
This event is the perfect opportunity to bring your friends and family to The Cellar Gym and share how martial arts can transform lives. We’ll be hosting a free Self Defense seminar with groups for youth and adults, led by BJJ black belts Kenn Glenn and Pam Sorenson.
Adult Cellar members are also welcome to bring a guest to try out a Fitness Kickboxing or BJJ Fundamentals class. Plus, we’ll offer tours of our facility, more information about our programs, and plenty of fun activities for kids!
This event is open to Cellar members and non-members. Be sure to tell your friends and let them come see what The Cellar Gym is all about!
