Congratulations to the 13 NEW Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belts! On Sunday October 20, Marcelo Nunes promoted 13 of his students to the rank of blue belt. He also awarded stripes to several other students in the white through purple ranks. Marcelo looked at each testing candidate individually before the test day and on Sunday, all of the candidates were required to roll non-stop for an entire hour with a new and rested partner every 3min. It was a taxing, grueling test, but all 13 candidates completed their test. Congratulations Tom, Kevin, Bill, Jon, Jeff, Aaron, Pete, Pat, Rolf, Dale, Steve, Scott, and Josh.
