At the end of Saturday’s Muay Thai seminar, Dean Lessei promoted The Cellar’s Jon Cichon to Level 1 Muay Thai Instructor under Team Singto and The Dubuque Martial Arts Group. Cichon trained under Lessei for 4 years before moving to Minneapolis in 2009.  Congratulations Jon!
