6-Week Fitness Challenge Results

Congratulations to our 15 “6-week challenge” members who completed the program last week! As a group, they lost a combined 191.6 lbs and an average of 5% body fat lost in just 6 short weeks! WOW!

We could not be more proud of this group of individuals for making the choice to stick to the workout/diet regimen and change their lives for the better! We cannot wait to see what their progress will look like in another 6 weeks.

A special shout out to our BIGGEST transformations:
Alex Meyer , Isaac Henry Haeusler and Eric Devante Dormoh all lost over 10% of their body weight!

Julia Sophie was our biggest body fat transformation with a 9% body fat loss!
