Feature: Coach Aaron Rydeen

Coach Aaron “Chainsaw” Rydeen started teaching at the original Cellar location the day it opened 20 years ago. In 2003, he was the first person to fight (and win!) under the Cellar Gym name. Aaron also met his wife at the Cellar!

“Fast forward 20 years, too many new friends to count and now my kid enjoys beating me up in classes too,” Aaron says. “Love this place!”

Coach Aaron teaches our Kickboxing classes on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 and 6:30pm. Come train with one of the Cellar originals!
