Fitness Kickboxing classes incorporate techniques from various striking arts including Muay Thai, kickboxing, karate, boxing, tae kwon do, and more! Practiced entirely on the heavy bags, our Fitness Kickboxing program is designed for students of all levels to work on their speed, power, technique, body conditioning, and cardio at their own pace.

Our Fitness Kickboxing classes have no no ranks, pre-requisites, or experience requirements; everyone is welcome! These fun and fast-paced classes are enjoyed by everyone from first-time students, to experienced fitness enthusiasts, to competitive athletes looking for a great workout. All you need is boxing gloves and comfortable workout clothes.

Each of our Kickboxing coaches brings a different skill set and background to their instructing style, so every coach and every class is different.
