Over Sat-Sun March 22-23 The Cellar Gym hosted 7 hours of fantastic Muay Thai/MMA Striking training with World Class fighter and coach, Shawn Yarborough! Shawn traveled from Las Vegas to teach a great seminar and share his striking style with students and fighters from The Cellar and other schools across the Midwest.

The seminar covered everything from elbow and knee setups to striking combinations for attacking and countering. Nearly 40 participants from as far away as Madison, WI and Dubuque, Iowa got hours of hands on training from one of the best coaches in the business.
